Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
