Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. This person did not follow up with my wifes treatment after a surgical procedure to remove her right lung, as a result of not being exercised after the surgery for several days, she developed pneumonia & passed away while in the ICU.
