Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is thorough, unbiased, and current. Adequate time is spent during the appointment to ensure that all patient concerns are addressed. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated, though sometimes the appointment calendar is pretty well booked out in advance. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoffman and her team, though if I could change one thing, it would be mindfulness about comments to the effect of "some people would like to have your PGAD symptoms" as they can seem insensitive to the person suffering with them (though I realize they were meant as a misguided attempt to lighten the mood).

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
