They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. He is a horrible doctor. He didn't help me what so ever with anything. He would not help me with my sleepiness. He also would not help me with my pain. In fact, made it worse for taking me off a pain medicine that actually helped me. I have numerous back problems, I have been to a number of pain specialists, and through physical therapists. They prescribed a lot of medicines, only one that helped and Dr. Thompson did not care at all. He would not listen at all. He took me off, now I suffer. I do not recommend him at all what so ever to anyone!!!

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
