I think this doctor is great sadly his staff has horrible customer service in the front my sister has moved her kids from this client and after my expericance today i will do the same

Dr. Nordyke is great. I have been seeing this doctor since 2000 when we moved to Wisconsin. He may not seem very friendly but please don't let that be of concern. Dr. Nordyke in my opinion is very very professional and he does care very much for children. If you show concerns he will provide you with the information you need. He does not overmedicate or perform test that are not needed. If you ask him for referrals for other professionals he will give them to you but he doesn't try to persuade you to such or such doctor. I have had conversation with some of the staff and they have always spoken very good about him. Dr. Nordyke hides behind that mask of serious and not so friendly doctor but I perceive a compassionate heart behind all that. You will not be disappointed.

They do always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times, but I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me if the answer isn't a simple one. I also wonder about all of their pediatric medicine affiliates. It seems like some of the practice partners might also own a part of these other practices - for allergies, x-rays, etc. - and I wonder about the integrity of this, whether unnecessary services are sometimes recommended.
