They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This was my first visit and loved the great treatment. In and out 30 minutes

My visit for travel medications went well and was easy, but dealing with their front office is a tremendous headache. I have called six times simply looking to discover whether or not they had placed a reimbursement request with my insurance (as they assured me they would) for an appointment I had two months ago. Not only have they not been able to give me an answer to this simple question, but "the person I need to talk to" is consistently out of the office.

I will not be returning to this office for any reason, and suggest anyone getting travel medications go to public health.

You may see any one of two doctors, a physician's assistant, or a nurse practitioner--you never know who you will get at the next appointment. They had different ideas on what I had or how I should be treated. VERY frustrating, no continuity. I went elsewhere. I would never go back.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
