I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are the friendliest people I have met in the healthcare business. The massage was the best. I will be returning.

Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I have been to Natural Therapy Massage Center three times and I am still impressed by the staff. Every massage just seems to get better than the previous. I have tried two of their therapists and was impressed by both. They start on time and are finished on time. The therapy was top-notch and done in a very professional manner. They are not one of those assembly-line discounters that are popping up all over but they seem to do a high quality custom tailored massage for my condition. Price wise- they are comparable to other massage offices in the area. I have paid more at other offices for a lesser massage. Quality wise-they are above and beyond almost every other massage office I have been at. They always ask what I need at that time and always listened to my answers and take appropriate action. The only negative is the traffic in McHenry gets pretty busy around afternoon rush hour so prepare your trip accordingly- usually about 4-5:00 everyday. I have started making this a regular item in my scheduler.

I first met Jon Peterson several years ago at Centegra-Sage Cancer Hospital while I was undergoing treatment for breast cancer. I went to get massage from him because my body was aching so much from the treatment. He was so kind and patient with my moods and sickness. I will never be able to thank him enough for the way he was able to massage my pain away. Now, years later, I still visit him at his office on a regular schedule. I did get a massage from a different therapist in his office when he was away and she did an excellent job also. Definitely, a true professional.
