I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

It's my fault for not changing doctors a long time ago, but I have had too many bad experiences with this practice to count. The staff is rude, and the the doctors are condescending and unsympathetic. I once was forced to go to the back door by a doctor who met me with a mask over his face and just reached his arm out the door with a look of disgust and terror on his face because he thought I had the flu virus. What kind of ethical medical treatment is that?? DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THESE DOCTORS!!!

I have been going to this doctor for about two years, and although Dr. Rubenstein is a good physician, his Staffs are simply hideous.

It starts with the rude unprofessional front desk as you walk in and ends up in the so called office manager.
The waiting time is usually reasonable; The problem starts when you are out.
For a period of two years they have been billing the wrong insurance, and somehow I kept being billed although in network, although my insurance covered and in addition to the co-pay.
I had to spend many hours on the phone with the insurance company and the office billing, and after office has promised to correct the faulty bills, I ended up paying the ridiculous bills to avoid collection.

Dr Rubenstein’s assistant is very rude, not helpful and offended me several times.
The office manger treated me disrespectfully.
She deceivingly promised to attend the issues while having no intension to do so.

I felt helpless, although Dr Rubenstein has sent me to get the referral from his assistant, I got tossed around like in a communist country between the staffs, who in tern treated me extremely disrespectfully , refused to give me the referrals and refused to speak with Dr Rubenstein.
Eventually I gave up and left, this was a waste of business day, I felt helpless and extremely offended.
