The worst bedside manner and care for her patients. Completely dismissed a concern I had; another provider found that my concern was justified. Even when confronted on her care no remorse or regard for the patient is given. Horrible!!!

Beware: this physician is a "fat-phobe." Look, I know being overweight can put your health at risk, but really, all conditions are not linked to extra poundage. You've heard the saying "When you hear hoof beats, look for horses, not zebras?"
She looks for Boeing 747s if you're fat, female, and go to see her with an earache, sprained wrist, or migraines. She's abrasive, rude, and exhibits disgust with female fatties. That being said, if you are an obese woman, you will receive substandard care because Dr. Tokcan does not search for root causes of your ailment; you are ill or suffering because you are FAT. This is lazy detective work. So, large ladies, you've been warned. She is much more respectful to men. My chunky hubby has no issues with her. Her differentiation in gender treatment may be cultural.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
