While I am very satisfied with the care that Dr. Walton provides, I find the office staff extremely lacking in customer care skills and professionalism. I work in the hospitality industry, so I feel I'm more tolerant than most people. I have been to Dr. Walton for 3 annual exam visits. Every single time, the staff has been unaware that I am there for a full female annual physical. They are completely unprepared for my visits, even though I clearly make my appointments well in advance, stating that I want the full annual exam simultaneously arranged with the lab or x-rays that always come with the annual well-care exam. It always wastes my time while they scramble to get things set up for me. Every single time, I have also encountered issues with correct procedure & diagnosis codes that were generated by Dr. Walton's staff. My last visit was in May 2014, and at the visit, I took the time to reiterate to the staff that I keep having insurance problems due to their improper coding. It is now December, and her staff has still not taken responsibility for their mistakes. In fact, they make me feel as if I am the bad guy in this situation. I'm not sure that I will return to Dr. Walton because of this.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, I was told to contact her because she was my full time physican! I did what I was asked by the er visit! She told me it was not her job to change my edication for blood preasure and plavix! She been seeing me and changing my medication before! I was supposed to be checked every 4 months! I had other medical problems! I found nother doctor right away and got in with in two days! my new doctor is great! he treated me for the problem and did test about my other, I see this one every until it cleared up! Dr walton wanted me to have a skin graft which was not needed! Se is not a doctor for a senior cizten! The staff was not friendly I bet I spend about 5 to 10 minutes with Dr walton ! before you see her better do more research!Because this could happen to you and might cause you to go to the er again

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me.
