Dr. Tan has been my PCP for many years. The reason I am still alive is because of him. When I am in hospital, he came to see me. When i am unwell, he told me to walk in. He keeps me healthy and alive. Thank you, Dr. Tan

Good old fashion doctor who listen to you instead of just staring into computer

As I hope to enter the medical field one day myself, I am extremely saddened to come across such a doctor. There are several reasons why I hated my experience with Dr. Tan. First, from a professional level he is terrible with the needle, absolutely no finesse. I've donated blood numerous times with much bigger needles inserted into my arm, but I've never gotten bigger bruises than from Dr. Tan. Second, he has a terrible attitude. For example, I noticed he filled my health forms incorrectly and proceeded to calmly to tell him. Within seconds, he denied his mistake and refused to correct it. When I tried again to clarify, he shouted "who do you think you are?! who are you to tell me what to do?!" He then pushed me out of his office by sarcastically shouting "thank you, goodbye". I strongly urge all to seek more capable and friendly doctors.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
