There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

According to Dr. Green's assistant, she refuses to invest in the latest technology (i.e. IntraLase/Allegretto), although she has access to such equipment through another facility. Unless a patient will not benefit from traditional LASIK, she will not recommend the higher-end procedure, as it is an inconvenience for her to work out of another facility (although she chose the newer equipment for all three of her sons, according to her assistant). Messages are always relayed through an assistant.
