Hard to get an appointment and the waiting is LONG every time. As a Doctor I like him a lot...once you get in to see him.

If you do not like waiting a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment; if you do not like being given an appointment time and then having to wait an additional hour then North Dallas Eye is NOT right for you. Dr. Steven Elieff and his staff will NEVER schedule you without scheduling multiple appointments at the same time. Even if you are just picking something up, bring a book and a lunch and bring your patience. They will NEVER apologize and they will NEVER have the courtesy to tell you to delay your visit. As the other individual said in their review, the receptionist staff is unpleasant and I personally think they enjoy giving the consumer/patient a difficult time because they know they have no value to offer.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest staff I've ever dealt with. Whenever I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was well organized and clean. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was quiet and I was able to relax very easily.
