Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.

I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
