I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
