The best thing about Dr. Tim is that is he is not pushy in regards to chriopractic treatment plans. He will suggest the best course of action. It behooves me to see him more frequently when experiencing any pain or problems. His staff is so sweet beyond kindness. Susan in his office resolved an insurance issue and kept me informed when I had a credit on my account. The office decor is an oasis of Hawaiian artwork that promotes relaxation. There is no other chiropractor who has adjusted my neck so well.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
