Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

Dr. Tim is very good with ART and one of the most studied chiropractors I have come across.. Their office staff is great and incredibly helpful too! They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One time they even sent me a refund check because they couldn't work out the discrepancy with the insurance, even though I technically owed it to them.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Dr. Tim is THE BEST chiro in all NOVA. He is caring, takes his time with you and makes you feel great. I refer him to anyone who ever asks for a chiro!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Dr Tim is one of the best!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
