I was a patient of Aimee Hamiltonin 2011. Spent a lot on shakes and supplements. After being treated there for weeks. I developed Breast Cancer. It may very well be coincidental. But I would be curious to know if anyone else got Cancer. I can't even get my records from the Oak Brook Illinois office. They are no longer there. Moving from Wisconsin then here to Chicago. Now gone again. Makes me feel very uneasy. Help!

Would have given 5 stars - but not after this: Dr Aimee was wonderful when I was a patient for over 2 in Green Bay, WI. Then I hadn't been able to receive chiropractic for several months due to other health problems. Before I was going to begin care again, I had attended an annual Green Bay event and was informed by a Green Bay chiropracor who had a booth there that her clinic had closed and she had moved to Chicago. Patients (and possibly their employees?) were not even informed of this - no phone call, no email, no letter, nothing. They were just gone. So where are my records and x-rays?? Totally unprofessional if you ask me.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

It seems like you have a great program, however misleading it is. I called to get information as I am pre-diabetic. I was told that I could not be helped unless I have been diagnosed because the doctors are too busy. I was shocked to say the least. I called due to the fact that there is a tab on your site that says pre-diabetic; I am trying to be preventative with this situation. Please remove this tab from your site as it is false advertising; they can't help you if you are pre-diabetic. I was very disappointed to learn this. I will continue to seek help elsewhere, but in the mean time if I do become diabetic, I will definitely not be using your services. I hope no one else has to go through this. I wish you the best of luck with your program. Thank you.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
