They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with my experience here that I told my friends about them right away. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
