My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I have tried several dentists (>8) as I've moved around a lot. Must say that Westbury Dental and Dr. Blain by far have been the best so far. Very competent and professional treatment. Staff are nice and friendly so my visits were always pleasant.
The negative reviews here are curious, it sounds like people were at a different place. E.g. one mention there are no TVs at chairs - I saw monitors playing movies at all chairs.
Anyway, they are great and you'll see it if you visit them.

This dentist broke files in my teeth performing a root canal that I later found out was not necessary in the first place. It is a root canal factory. If you go there, listen to how many people she tells need root canals. I know of another person who lost two teeth because she also broke files in her teeth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! She hurries from patient to patient and misses important details.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
