Rooms clean but very cold. Beautiful views relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant , staff exceptional especially Susan,RN . DR. Basu empathetic and helpful in explaining extra skin removal. TOTAL EXPERIENCE GREAT WOULD RECOMMEND.

From the moment we met Dr. Basu, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything to my husband and I. I myself am in the health care business, I reasearched quite a few doctors before making my decision to go with Dr. Basu. I am 4 weeks post op and very pleased with his craftsmanship, professionalism, and with his staff. I am very happy with my doctor selection. His nurses are phenomenal, especially Sue. She was easy to get in touch with and responded rapidly.

Tiffany took her time explaining the procedure and making me feel very comfortable. I have had Botox before from another doctor and was not satisfied with the results. I was very satisfied with the results after Tiffany administered the Botox. I felt almost zero discomfort and she was done pretty quick. I received several compliments that I looked 'rested' and 'refreshed' It was wonderful to hear. I cant wait to schedule my next appointment. I loved that I could see the results in just a couple days.
