Patient Coordinator Vivian was unsupportive and frequently ignored texts and phone messages prior to surgery. I felt very anxious leading up to surgery and had general questions that were unanswered until I spoke with my nurses Samantha and Amanda They made me feel at ease and comfortable before the big day.

The results were far better than I could have imagined! I have not looked or felt this awesome I over 50 years. Even my gastric bypass did not have as big an impact on me. I feel better, and I am very grateful for this second chance in my life!

I visited 3 facilities in the choosing of my procedure, and Dr. Basu's facility was by far the best. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and took great care of me. Susan the nurse was extremely helpful and even called to check on me post operation. Each time i visit the location I am thankful to have chosen Basu.

Team was outstanding from pre op to post op. Amanda, Susan and entire team took very good care of me before and after procedure. Dr. Basu was great explaining procedure and expectations I should have after surgery. I am very happy with the entire process and team.
