Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all and made my condition worse. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me, just try and sell me things. After 6 weeks and in extreme pain my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I ended up seeing another doctor who CORRECTLY diagnosed me. Furthermore, I was charged for services I NEVER received. Most distressing. I will never go back.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

I get adjusted monthly at Dr. Massoud's office and the service is always friendly, affordable, fast and OUTSTANDING! He is friendly, listens well and really cares about improving his patients health through chiropractic and nutritional therapy.

I have been battling migraines my entire life and used every imaginable prescription to help control them and have visited many a chiropractor. Nothing helped. After a few treatments and following his nutritional recommendations, I feel like a new person! He took the time to explain where I might be deficient, triggers and what repetitive movements were causing my neck to continuously move out of alignment. My immune system has also improved dramatically and I am sick less often. Last year I seriously injured my knee skiing and asked Dr. Massoud if this is something he could help with. I honestly believed I might need surgery or be forced to give up my favorite sport. He did, what I will call trigger point therapy, and acupuncture weekly over a 6 week period and my knee feels better than before my injury. If you are in pain, go see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good chiropractor.

(down a few reviews below mine there is a negative post - having read this post, I can't even believe the post is talking about this same office. Dr. Massoud is super accommodating, explained things in layperson's terms and answered all of my questions. Plus he recommended different treatment options at affordable levels. Perhaps the poster was having a bad day, because in my opinion, that could not be further from reality...)

As my sign in name suggests I am an RN. I have over 20 years in the medical profession and have seen a lot in those years. I myself have experienced some disease issues and it was with the help of Dr. Adam Massoud that I began to recover and heal. I also began to see the importance of someone who had spent years in college and had a passion and knowledge of the spinal and nervous system and how it all plays a part in being healthy. I gained a new vision in how I approach my patients and educate them.
I want to say that when you make an appointment with any medical professional, you are acknowledging their expertise and looking to them for answers. They certainly have earned it. So give these professionals the credit they deserve. Dr. Massoud, thank you for my "wellness" and opening my eyes to your world of health....

I have been to see Dr. Massoud just 2 times so far but am completely satisfied with the results I have seen in such a short amount of time. I have struggled my whole life with back and neck pain and he has managed to reduce the pain in just 2 visits. The staff is so friendly and helpful with my 2 children, and the acupuncture and massage therapy are a HUGE bonus. I would recommend Dr. Massoud to anyone who will listen. He is very in tune with the healthy lifestyle of vitamins, exercise and healthy eating which brings the body full circle to health. Add to that great adjustments and you have yourself a winner. THANK YOU Dr. Massoud!!

I have been in and out of chiropractic offices for the past 20 years trying "this and that" approach to relieving chronic neck, back and hip pain. In just 18 months, I have reaped the benefit of consistent, progressive results working with Dr. Adam Massoud, and I couldn’t be happier! He is truly a gifted and committed chiropractic practitioner! He has a deep knowledge of biomechanics, an innate ability to explain the biomechanics in laymen’s terms, and an intuitive understanding of his client’s needs that are unmatched in my opinion and experience. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone interested in really getting noticeable, and lasting, chiropractic results.

I saw this chiropractor last fall and would not recommend him, although the hours were very convenient. He did not explain the procedures and I did not get the sense he was listening to me. He kept trying to push additional services. I am not convinced the treatment actually made me better than if I had let nature run its course. I think the office visits were a lot less expensive until insurance got involved.
