Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've been other places that left me unattended for
quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I, Paul D. Merritt-0304 are so very proud, that when it comes to my health care, from the bottom to the top of this vetran hospital, you can "Count On Them". I have very high praise for the Gold Team, and Dr. Lemmy Effa. Thanks folk's for always being there for us Vetran's. Please Post!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
