They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The
staff is competent and professional in my relations with them. They are friendly and warm, making my whole experience worthwhile. I have been very satisfied with all my scheduled visits, and I am very pleased with all telephone conversations I have had. THIS REVIEW IS VALID FOR ATLANTA VA MEDICAL CENTER ONLY!!!!!!!! mlc

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more.
