They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I went to that Er in March with intense abdomen on a pain scale of 10. I had a CAT SCAN and it showed inflamed colon. I was not asked or given anything for pain. My half-brother went the that ER on last week-end for a fall he had . His pain scale was 15 and he has a terminal illness of Cirrhosis of the liver and COPD. They too released him without resolving his pain on the premises. The doctor treating was very rude and haughty and told me to leave when I asked him why he was not giving my brother anything for pain before he was sent home.. Why go for help with a problem that is causing your extreme pain when they just will not give it. I worked at Carraway for 10 years. i never seen or heard of such cruelty. I called the Supervisor over the ER and reported this incident. Please address this problem for me and for others who go to a doctor for relief of pain. Not everyone are drug addicts.
