No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
