The staff was very professional except the physical therapy (Reme & Frank). How do you train people and let these poor public relations idiots poison the whole staff?

The experience was professional till we ran into (PT) physical therapy. They're rude personal emotional issues ruined everyone's work ethic. You upset us and made our family experience more emotional distress. Your organization delivered exquisite employee trained in public relations skills. Sooo, Who let Rem____ and Fran____ slither through the cracks.
