It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

In addition to this, as a patient, I have noticed that many people working there have quit, and as a result, staffing is spread thin. Very thin. People are being overworked and the residents don't get the care they need as a result. I would suggest that this facility amend this quickly.
