They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
