Ararat Home is very suitable place for Armenian speaking elders. Although it is a very clean facility comparing to others, there are some issues that bothers me. The safety of the residents should be very important, and I think the place do not have enough trained employees who take care of elders. The employees who are with elders during their active hours, meaning they are not asleep are not trained well to how to watch them. Most of elders are really bored and not to have anything to do beside sitting on wheelchairs and starring at each other. Not enough activities is one of the things that I have noticed. The other one is the sleep time. If an elder would like to go to bed early she/he can not because there is no one to watch them if the patient wants to get up. I really like the place and would be happier and satisfied if they would hire more professionals and have some real activities for their residents.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
