Horrible staff. We removed my mother from this facility. The head nurse had tattoos and piercings all over, totally unprofessional look and the way she acted was worse!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, its out in the boondocks

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
