Do not use Attleboro ever. When your loved one dies they break the law and transfer the bills to your credit and destroy your credit. They did this to me and I am not even a relative of the person who was there. Then when you try to resolve it they ignore you. Now I have to hire an attorney. They are unprofessional & unethical.

This facility is outdated and dirty. Staff is understaffed and over worked! The 'higher ups" only care about making money and cutting costs. How is one nurse responsible for 20-30 residents? Night shift is even worse. How is this safe? The independent living is nice, but when he/she can no longer live "independently", they are transferred to assisted living which is a huge downgrade. I'm shocked the state has not shut down this place. Offices are dirty. There are bugs. I could go on and on! There are not enough CNA's to help with the residents care and help with toileting. It's a disgrace that the elderly have to deal with this poor care.

Understaffed , rooms are dirty , insufficient RN's , and inept management .most of staff seem to have good intentions but are spread to thin and seem stressed with their workload . If this is what people visiting loved ones can see , what can't we see?!
The late night shift seems to be very problematic , my mother has had 4 serious incidents all during this time period .

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

My mom was in here for eight weeks recovering from a stroke. Everyone here was so kind and patient with her. The staff at Attleboro and staff at Genisis Rehab are receptive to questions and concerns. Nurses became like family to us and we were sort of sad on check out day. Attleboro changed my mind about the bad rap that all nursing homes get. I recommend this place to a lot of friends.
