so disappointed in this facility. They had a meeting with our family informing us , our mother had many months to go in therapy, that she was doing well, but was unable to pass all the required therapies needed to establish total independence. Two weeks later, they met me at the door informing me she needed to leave. I didn't receive the 30 days notice I signed off on. Instead I was told the facility knew she had a place to go to and she really just wanted to go home, and she had"enough" therapy training to make it. Total disappointment . would recommend families to search, and research before making a decision for a loved one for this facility.

They informed us in 4 days that our mother must leave . She had not hit all of her marks in therapy but thought it was just best for them . The director told mom she thinks her kids don't want to take care of her and asked mom ....dont you want to go home? Of course mom says yes again she says ....yiur kids just don't want to deal with you .

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, they were fully staffed

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
