Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
