overheard complaints from staff how unhappy they were and looking for other jobs. short staffed. no support from administration. to many patients per nurse to give quality care. to much staff turn over. staff being fired or suspended for stupid, madeup reasons. staff being threatened of losing their jobs. staff being more worried about losing their jobs than being able to give quality care.
