Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Baypointe puts on a good front about wanting to support your loved ones, but in reality they do not. Staff tell residents sob stories to make them feel bad about asking for help, even when they are immobile. Staff do not pay attention to meal restrictions, despite talking to the head kitchen staff members, head nurses, and anyone else who will listen. Our family has had to beg for tests, medication, physical and psychotherapy. All things they charge the state for but do only after a family gets involved and begs. I feel sad for individuals there without family watching over them. My loved one even had their roommate die and no one from the nursing department or administration gave their condolences to the family, or my poor loved one who shared a room with the woman for over a year. We are trying hard to move my family member because of the ongoing issues.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They did not take Ownership for any problem shifted blame to family. Mistreated resident, when reported to the state made sure employee was not accessible for questioning . Would not leave a dog at this facility.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
