You would only put your love ones in this facility if you do not give a daaaam about them. You will place them hear if you truly hate your love ones. This facility has been and is sited for being understaffed. This facility just recently dropped my brother off to the hospital and told him he can not go back. They let my brother fall three times. Stole his phone, stole his cash. This place has been reported for neglect numerous of time. You will have to forget about suing cause this facility is corporate ran and owned. So finding a lawyer to take your case after the abuse will be nearly impossible.

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
