They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
