They are not honest and straight forward with families. Upon applying for a placement we were told they could block having our family member removed from the facility by family who had severly neglected our brother. Shortly after his admittance we found the facility to very dirty and smelly, understaffed, and very chaotic atmosphere. Aggression issues were a problem between residents. The faciliites answer to that was to ship residents off to the state hospital. Very disappointing experience for us. Very poor quality care.
