It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
