my brother currently resides here and my sister also used to work here. We are thrilled at the level of care he is receiving. So is he. Im sure that no place is perfect, but for us this place is a blessing

My son was a patiLooking back now It was a awful as they look at , a dumping station.. No human should be housed in a place like Boyington. I made several complaints and oh yes they held little meetings to hush the family up. They work dilgenty at being cheerful and happy staff. That is so far from the truth. Instead not all but a great percentage of the staff has a ruthless, vile personality. That personality is taken out on the innoccent patients. Ahh yes we ask for Hospice to be brough in the facialty. My son died shortly after. They had absloutely no interest in my son as a paitient or human. They worked with Boyington. When they called to tell me my had passed, I ask had he been tried to be resuscitated and was told he had signed papers. My son had second thought and went back and signed he wanted to be resuscitated. They gave him enough packets of hard norcotics drugs to kill him. Seems Hospice didn't even check to see if my son wanted a chance to live. He was a Medicade patient and sadly I have learned the hard way Medicaid patients are worthless flesh taking up a bed space. I'm here to tell you between Boyington and on site Hospice they will allow patients to die. Oh yes, die comfortibly but dead. I'm not done yet I want a complete investagetion to my son's case and death. I listen to scream out for to no avail. Only after I went on a rampage only then did a nurse come in to check Boyington is no more than a housing place to send love ones to die. When my son requested to be taken across the street to the hospital why wasn't he taken. You goofed Boyington you allow a man to die with YOUR Hospice miraculously called back to spend another five or ten minutes with my dying son. No family member was given the opportunity to hold his hand and tell him we love him . How many more people have died at your hands. Don't bother responding to this post. My next post is going to Medicaid.

My dad would have been left for over 25 minutes sitting in his own urine had I not been there. But, I was there and took the wet linens off the bed around him. Then I was griped at for tossing them in the hallway.

This was due to a shift change. Asked the folks 5 minutes prior to shift change for help. They were getting ready to walk down the hall to leave. They would not help me. I did not know their shift hours.

Then the person on the next shift did not have help so he was expected to sit in his urine until she had help.

When my mom first arrived they put her in a room with a person that cannot have the room cold, she cannot have the room hot. Yes they knew. They put my mom in a room and forgot about her. They never got her up to walk. If she needed to get out of bed they used a hoist. She got a bad bed sore on her behind. She hardly ever got a bath. The food was terrible it had mold growing on it. The tea taste like soap, I know I tried it because my mom complained so much about it. Get any one you know out of there asap. She was only there for a week for rehab and was healthier before she arrived. I took her home. Yes I told the social worker yes the one that works for them about all this and nothing was done. The workers do not look professional at all they have pink and purple hair.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

My uncle is in this place right now. It's horrible. They threaten him and do not give him bathes ever. If i ask about it they lie and say he is refusing bathes. The food is horrible. I'm in the process of getting him moved out of this horrible place!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My mom has been there for three days and has had therapy every day. They are getting her up and she is working to get better. This is a great rehabilitation center.
