I called from out of town to speak to a relative and the woman who answered acted liked she had never heard of them. Then I said they are still there right? I was shocked and wondering if they had passed away and I had not be notified. Then she said we cannot give out that information.
Then I said the last time I called they took the phone to them. Then she replies that I did not ask to speak to them. I had said I am trying to get in touch with______. So she then transfers me and the phone just rings forever. This was upsetting to me and I am troubled by the woman's overall demeanor and attitude.
