the building is old. But at least smelled clean. The staff seemed very busy... almost too busy at times. They don't always get to everything, like an extra blanket. The food for the most part seemed good, but sometimes it was too cold. Free hair cuts.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, he/she did not appear to care very much
