They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language. They are always polite and courteous. The only person there that I find rude is Toni the nursing director
