Brookhaven stands out due to the positive, clean and comforting environment and the patient care. There is never an odor in the air, nor a dirty hall. The staff truly care about every individual in the facility as though it is their own family member. I will absolutely rate Brookhaven 5 stars, hands down. I must note that those posting negative reviews need to get a clue. If it was so terrible, why does Brookhaven have an alliance with Baylor Hospitals? Why is Brookhaven on Baylor's Top 5 List of Rehabilitation Centers? Why does Brookhaven have contracts with orthopedic surgeons and cardiopulmonologists? My point exactly.

I visited this place several times: it is deceiving in term of hygiene (strong smell of urine in section of double occupancy), and lack of good and conscientious care. Staff is very rude and hostile to residents. It is heart broken to see the helpless old people got treated like an object. Please don't put your loved ones in this facility

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

This facility is horible. Very unhygenic, they had an older charge nurse that was always angry and did nothing I asked her to do. The wound care nurse was so overworked it was amazing.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. My aunt was there for a couple of years. She absolutely loved it & said she would never want to be anywhere else. The staff took wonderful care of her & our family. They took the time to learn all our names & greeted us with a smile every day. Everyone on staff was so gentle & caring with the entire family. My aunt has passed on now but her last days were very happy. She felt loved not only by her family but by everyone at Brookhaven as well. We can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend their nursing facility.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

No, it took a while

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
