My late husband was there Oct-Nov 2023, til he died there. Medicare only pays for 20 days , so I wanted to take him home to avoid extra charges. The administrator convinced me to allow him to stay longer , that they would waiver the $200 a day until he was ready to go home. He died and I got billed for the charges. They lied and charged me for the stay. Also said they would put a lien on my home if I didnt't pay the bill $2600.

First off the place was disgusting. It smelt bad and had an eerie feeling. Not welcoming at all. The location is strange and not convenient at all. None of my questions were answered. I'm surprised the DOH hasn't shut it down just by the looks of it. I feel bad for the residents...

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes, but very little

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
