I have called and called to check on my grand dad, but the phone is answered by a rude person that hangs up immediately after I ask to speak to him. I call back and the phone rings, is picked up and hung up.....this is outrageous!!!! I live five states away and dont know what to do to get answers. I need to complain to someone, but don't know where to start!!!!
