I visited the facility on May 22nd due to the fact that my grandfather is currently there seeking treatment for cancer. I found the living conditions completely deblorable and unsatisfactory. It was completely filthy and unkept. My grandfather upon being there was given a container of milk that was warm . His bathroom that is adjacent to his room,of which he has to share with 3 other people was dirty and smelled of urine. The toilet looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages. He feels unsafe there and feels that the staff are not working to their capability. I am unhappy with having to leave him there. However, do not have a choice because of his insurance carrier. The staff were not welcoming. With the exception of the receptionist. I asked that my concerns are taking seriously and aggressively and active changes are made immediately.

No, there was no annoying music

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
