They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. THE LPNS DO NOT ANSWER CALL LIGHTS AND THE TECHS HAVE WAY TO MANY PATIENTS TO GIVE PROPER CARE TO!! THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND NEED COMPASIONATE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO TAKE CARE THE ELDERLY.
